As President of River Asset Management, Paul is engaged in all levels of operations in addition to being the principal broker.

Paul began his career in real estate his sophomore year in college by purchasing a duplex in The Ohio State University’s University District neighborhood. Paul stabilized this asset and grew to 26 units by the time he graduated from OSU. Paul received his degree from OSU’s Fisher College of Business with a specialization in Real Estate.

After successful stints at Elford Development in Columbus, Ohio as a Real Estate Development Manager, Manager of Real Estate at the City of Toledo, and Director of Real Estate at The University of Toledo Foundation he was most formerly with Rudolph Libbe Properties where he was involved in real estate development, property management, sales, leasing, and business development for the company. Throughout his career Paul has been involved in the development, management, or acquisition of over 2,500 residential units, 1,000,000 square feet of industrial, and 250,000 square feet of retail including $60 million dollars of mixed-use projects including UT Gateway, The Hub, Fireproof, and 920 N. High Street.

Paul holds his CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio CCIM Chapter (2020 President of Ohio Chapter). Paul was also selected in January of 2019, for a two-year term, to serve as a Trustee on Promedica’s Foundation Board of Trustees. He is also a graduate of the 2018 class of Leadership Toledo. Previously, Paul served a year on the board of directors of Pilot Dogs in Columbus, Ohio. Paul is also currently involved with Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity as a construction volunteer and 7th Grade basketball coach at his alma mater, Saint John’s Jesuit.
